In the Beginning” is a picture book for children, retelling the story of Creation, based on the Creation Scripture from Genesis 1-2. The book is a valuable resource for all responsible for the religious education and faith development of children: parents, teachers, priests, pastors, scripture teachers and Sunday school teachers.

“In the Beginning” was a song before it became a story and was inspired, in part, by the Cathedral windows at St Monica’s, Cairns. Jacqui Brown, a Moss Vale artist, brought the words to life with her beautiful illustrations.
